                 A.           LEARNING OBJECTIVE



                       After learning activity 2 is expected to be able to:


                          ➢  Finding explicit and implied detailed information related to texts of

                              folk legends.

                          ➢  Writing moral messages related to Narrative folk legends.

                          ➢  Summarizes the contents of the Narrative text of folk legends.

                          ➢  Re-write a narrative text based on your own version.




                 B.           MATERIAL DESCRIPTION



                              In  this  Learning  Activity  2  you  will  be  invited  to  read  several

                       Narrative texts related to legends. At first glance all the text looks the same.

                       However, the two texts have different purposes which can be seen from the

                       sentences used by the authors. Of course, you already know that language

                       carries  thousands  of  meanings  depending  on  the  context  and  choice  of

                       sentence. So, it is very important to have literacy skills so that there is no

                       misunderstanding  of  information.  Let's  practice  understanding  the

                       following two narrative texts of folk legends, before paying attention to the

                       story below. And make conclusions about the web stories contained in it.
