INGREDIENTS
2” tuna steak Olive oil
Old bay blackening seasoning blend(or your favorite blend)
Avocado oil
Chips Corn Tortilla or your favorite rice cracker
Sweet spicy soy or your favorite dipping sauce
Sesame seeds to garnish
    Seared Tuna Tostada
DIRECTIONS
1.Rub tuna steak with olive oil and put a healthy covering of seasoning on the top and bottom
2.Sear Tuna over high heat on your cooktop or on your grill pan about 3 minutes per side, more or less to your liking
3.If your using a tortilla use a cutter to make a 2-3” chip and pan fry in avocado oil until crisp or use a rice cracker of our choice
4.Allow tuna to cool a minute then slice thin and serve on tortilla or cracker with a dollop of sauce
5.Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve
