this group project was to design the floor plans and the
building facade. I also created kitchen and bathroom
details, along with door and window details, which are not
included here due to limited slides and to maintain viewer
engagement.

We opted for concrete columns due to their stability and
common usage in Iran, and AAC wall panels were chosen
for their variety of thermal and moisture insulation
properties. These panels are lightweight and easy to install,
with a low thickness requirement for the building's structure.

In conclusion, our group endeavored to design a building
that is both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
