Located in the delightful neighborhood of Shahid Bakeri Blvd
in Tabriz, this residential complex offers a total of 96
apartments. These include 29 single-bedroom units, 38 two-
bedroom units, and 29 three-bedroom units. Additionally, the
complex includes 24 houses, each with three bedrooms and
its own private pool.
This complex also consists of multiple public spaces accessible
to all residents, including an indoor pool, a well-equipped
gym club, a library, a kindergarten, two multipurpose halls,
and two roof gardens featuring barbecues and separate
lounges situated on the wings of the fifth floor.
