Even with a surgical mask on, Susan is the friendly smiling face you see each time you enter
the Imaging Administrative Suite. This is where she works behind the scenes to quietly shape the

events of the day. She begins by providing inspiration every morning and continues by helping us
st
navigate through the unforeseen daily dilemmas. On October 1 , this responsibility will be
passed on to another as this is the date that Susan will officially retire after serving Johns
Hopkins Bayview Medical Center for over 20 years.

With inventive ideas aplenty, Susan has created special engagement gifts, planned holiday

potlucks (with Halloween being her favorite), and coordinated many meetings and activities for
us all to enjoy. This knack for creative festivities, will carry on into her retirement as she plans to
spend a lot of time with her 3 granddaughters. A kind ear and great motivator, Susan will be

greatly missed.

Susan, we wish you the best in your retirement and promise that the transition will much

easier than switching from a flip phone.
