"I have never had such a caring staff of people working on my behalf. the staff went all the

way out the way for me. I was late, but they still accommodated me, when they couldn't get
ahold of me by phone. Mr. Gian Bonetti, was very exceptional, he used to work in the area, if it
wasn't for him not sure if I would have gotten image. He was just walking past me, in hallway
and went out of his way to assist me. He made sure I accepted his help, even though he was on

his way home. Wow. He didn’t have to do that, this was not his current working assigned unit.
Also, one other person, on her way home also, reached out eagerly, to assist me getting down

the hall to this unit, Wow. Thereafter, other employees, were very exceptional during and
after exam. This is excellent customer service, and these employees set examples and a mark
for how patients are to be treated. All I could keep saying was Wow! very caring. "
