          Work:

          Your best self isn't just about a magical number on the scale. It's about seeing food as
          fuel for a healthy life, finding ways to move more each day, and developing the skills
          to unlock your inner strength so you can make healthy choices for life. Weight
          Watchers at Work provides education and group support for you to be your best
          self.

          Meetings run 30-minutes and are held every Thursday, at 12:45 p.m., in the 500
          Building in the First Floor Conference Room. Weigh-ins begin at 12:30 p.m.

          weight and overall wellbeing.

          Core4 Weight
          Management
          Program:


          Core4 Weight Management Program: a comprehensive program that includes an
          interactive group setting to encourage weight loss and healthy lifestyle changes.
          Weekly classes, workbook assignments and individual nutrition counseling sessions make
          up this 3-month program, which is available to all employees.

          Due to the intricacy of this program, limited spots are available.
