OLYMPIA PRAIRIE HOME
YELM, WASHINGTON
Located in Yelm, WA, this modern home provides a retreat in the prairie for the clients and their two dogs. Utilizing a simple L-shaped oor plan, the home’s central gathering space is connected to the exterior through two expansive walls of oor to ceiling glazing. To the front, a CMU site wall provides an intimate private courtyard that can be viewed from the living space and accessed from the private of ce. Toward the south, the living room’s concrete oors extend into the landscape to form an outdoor living space.
