Black Bird
45 ml (1 1/2 oz.) Blackpool
45 ml (1 1/2 oz.) Pineapple juice 24 ml (3/4 oz.) Campari
15 ml (1/2 oz.) Lime juice
15 ml (1/2 oz.) Simple syrup
Shake with plenty of cracked ice and pour (unstrained) into a double Old Fashioned glass. Garnish with pineapple leaves and fresh mint sprigs.
