Hart & Cola
45 ml (1 1/2 oz.) Blackpool
Fentiman’s Curiosity Cola or Phillips Speed King Craft Cola 2 Dashes of bitters
Pour Blackpool in an Old Fashioned glass containing a few ice cubes, add bitters, top off with cola and stir. Serve with a twist of orange.
The perfect example of a rum that shows pronounced smooth rum flavour and complexity when mixed with cola.
