Course content

This course will lead to improvement in:
• Communication skills to improve fluency and proficiency (grammar, vocabulary
and pronunciation) while maintaining a high level of politeness
• Ability to be operational in English as a Cabin crew member
This will be accomplished by:
• Practical exercises, listening, watching videos, speaking, reflection and discussion,
and situational role plays

• The course can be upgraded by taking one-to-one tuition to cover specific needs
