Thinking of what the morning would be
without the sparkling sun
What would all the children do
if there wasn’t any fun?
How would the beautiful flowers grow
without the storming rain?
What about the millionaires
have they nothing more to gain?
Think how dull the night would be
without the moon and stars
What of the alcoholics
if there isn’t any bars?
Think of where you’re going
if there isn’t any end
What’ll be left to borrow
when there’s nothing left to lend
Most important, where would we be
without hope from above?
And in doubt, I ask of you
What are we without Your love?
