You have something I want

I desire it with all of my heart

Can’t steal it from you or I probably would have

Can’t buy it or I’d have done that too

I’ve had a dream

Ahhh... to only be heard by all

For all to hear me, see me, and feel me

But no

That may be too hard to restrain

They may think I’m insane

Maybe just a little piece

Then I’d have my bite

And then if only for a moment

I’d be heard, seen, and felt

And then

To be remembered by all

A memory of such deep admiration

They’d just smile and say I knew him

He was different, sort of like...

But no, not Him

Though a little piece

Just a bite

Only a dreamer

With a dream in flight
