We all have desires of hope and gain

We all feel joy and sorrow

Whatever it is you accomplished today

Must benefit us all for tomorrow

Not just mine, or yours, but all of us

You see it is we who must get things done

I fear without the help that you all may never realize

That we are all here together as one

Each of you ponder on the outcome of tomorrow

You’ve been running the show as both directors and stars

But I’ve failed to hear the applause

I think its time we examined our roles

I propose a new plan, a new plot, a new clause

A new director, a new script, new stars
