Task: Arrest for Possession of “Stun Gun”

• Stun Guns (TASER) are protected by 2 nd Amendment-check with
prosecutor before bringing charges for simple (mere) possession.
• Weapons that were not available when 2 nd Amendment written may
be protected.
• Weapons that are unusual and unavailable to the military may not
be protected by the 2 nd Amendment.
• TASERs are not unusual and are available to the military.
