     Task: Reasonable Suspicion-Length of Detention
          U.S. v. Sharpe,  470 U.S. 675 (1985).
               Officers may detain for  the period of time in which they diligently
               pursue a means of investigation that is likely to confirm or dispel the
               suspicion quickly during which time detention was necessary.
