robust support programs that meet their challenges along the cradle
to career pathway. Our work helps build skills for parents, creates more
inclusive communities, and provides job training for people with special
needs. We also help families plan for the future and connect with resources
to achieve both short-term and long-term goals for their loved ones. As
we work directly with families in the community, we share insights and
collaborate with community organizations to create a more accessible,
integrated system of care and services for those affected by disabilities.
