The Union Public Service Commission
(UPSC) has appointed eight private sec-

Personnel and Training (DoPT) through
Indian Institute of Public Administra-
tion (IIPA). In addition to the 1-week
training program run by IIPA, Quality
Council of India (QCI) was asked by
DoPT - specifically the Prime Minister’s
