JEFF MAURO’S SLOW-COOKER CUBAN SANDWICHES

FOR THE PORK 1. Prepare the pork: Mix the olive oil, 1 tablespoon salt, 1 teaspoon pepper, the cumin,
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil oregano, red pepper flakes, garlic, lime juice and orange juice in a small bowl. Make slits all

The slow cooker is a staple of modern cooking, but it wasn’t exactly an instant success. It was WIN A
