A PURCHASE ORDER IS REQUIRED
BEFORE ANY ARTWORK BEGINS....
Purchase order
• Email your purchase order & artwork to sales@eduquip.com.au
Order details - please provide
• The school name, plus the contact person’s name, phone number & email address
• Street delivery address not a P.O. Box or residential address
• Product description, codes, quantities & print colours for each product
• An idea of the design layout for each product
• Indicate if there is a delivery date that goods are required by
Artwork requirements
• An EPS (.eps) or Illustrator (.ai) file are our preferred file types, with the crest/logo (including
text) in vector format
• If the above is not available, please email us the best quality crest/logo you have on file
• Please provide the PMS print colours if available, otherwise we will match as close as
possible to the colours on the crest/logo you supply. In this case, exact colour matches
cannot be guaranteed
Artwork approval
• On receipt of a purchase order and your school logo/crest, an artwork proof will be emailed
to the contact person for signed approval
• Please check all details carefully as your signature is acceptance that all artwork is correct
• We will not proceed with production until the artwork proof is signed off
Repeat orders
• A repeat order is the exact artwork of the previous job with no changes
• On your purchase order please write ‘repeat order’ & advise the product code & print colour
General information
• All prices include artwork set up, production & delivery costs
• We do not charge to redraw crest/logo or for the first approval
• Minor changes on the first approval will be done if required,
any additional changes may incur a charge
• All prices are subject to 10% GST
5% Variance (under or over must be excepted for all products)
• A 30 day tax invoice will be supplied
