Hospitality and Tourism Management

The Department of Hospitality & Tourism Management aims to provide our students with the

right combination of industry knowledge and real-life skills that they will need to excel in to-
day’s dynamic hospitality and tourism industry. Our Bachelor and Associate degree pro-

grammes provide industry-standard training in unique learning environments, from our state-
of-the-art kitchen and demo labs to our on-site teaching restaurant.

The work experience component of our programmes exposes students to a range of profes-

sional settings, allowing them to observe and evaluate industry styles of management in ac-
tion. This first-hand experience helps many students clarify their career goals before gradua-
tion.
