This year’s Festival was yet another victim of the
Fellow Poet, Good Mate, coronavirus. We’ll be back. Put these dates in your
Thorough Gentleman diary now 8th to 11th April 2021.

The Park will remember Arthur’s always smiling
positive outlook and his often humorous poems
at our get-togethers.
Arthur was aged 92. We will miss him but we
are grateful to have shared part of his life.

It will be no surprise that due to the COVID-19 Virus situation, the
Committee of the Victorian Bush Poetry and Music Association
Inc. advise that the Benalla Bush Entertainment Muster that was
to be held over 9 – 11 October 2020, has been cancelled.
A conversation with Daniel at Benalla Bowls Club confirmed that
our event was unlikely to be manageable, so we have booked for Mary had a little Man,
8 – 10 October 2021. Who published VERSE so JOLLY,
I can’t recall his Name as such,
Until we meet again, keep safe, smiling, writing and reciting. So I’ll just call him FRED.
