Sixteen Horses and Ponies Arrive
as Yet Another Sanctuary Closes...
In April 2017 we undertook an emergency
rescue to bring sixteen horses and ponies
to Hillside from a Manchester animal
sanctuary that could no longer manage to
survive. The manager's mother pleaded
with us to take the horses after her
daughter had left the sanctuary.
