Description of the Econo-DAF

A simple, economical and very efficient solution

for the DAF treatment of water and effluent.

Flocculated feed water is mixed with a recycle

stream containing millions of small air bubbles,

generated by a novel, microbubble generation

pump, replacing the old, inefficient and

expensive saturator systems. Econo-DAF

systems require no sludge scraper or intricate

level control. They are fabricated in Glass

Reinforced Polymer and can be used for

aggressive effluents and seawater flotation

applications.
