1. The following fringe benefits are granted:

1. maternity leave/paternity leave with pay;

2. sick leave;

3. study leave (with or without pay);

4. vacation leave;

5. tuition fee discounts for faculty and their
dependents;

6. clothing/uniform allowance;

7. performance based bonus (PBB);

8. anniversary bonus;
