I.3. The infrastructure development plan is implemented in accordance with

approved zoning ordinances.

The total land area of the university covers the school building site, road network,

athletic field, instruction, research, production area, staff housing, Lagoon and
NPGC.

The campus has its Campus Development Plan being an accredited
school of higher learning. Moreover, it has its mechanism/system to

ensure traffic safety, the implementation of waste management
program, proper utilization, repair and unkept of school facilities and

equipment. The campus features a large quadrangle, open fields, and
an athletic court, as well as space for outdoor educational
activities and assemblies. Buildings are strategically placed

throughout the campus.
