Strengths
1. The Vision, Mission, Goals and Objectives of the university serve as the basis for an effective Institutional
development planning process in the implementation of programs, projects, and activities along the areas
of instruction, research, extension and production towards quality education and excellence.
2. The comprehensive process in reviewing/modifying the university’s vision, mission, goals, and objectives
was undertaken effectively by the concerned authorities.
3. The Vision, Mission, Goals and Objectives are translated in four (4) dialects, Tagalog, Ilocano, Ibanag, and
Yogad, thus increasing the level of awareness, acceptability, and understanding of the Vision, Mission,
Goals and Objectives by the members of the community.
4. The Vision, Mission, Goals and Objectives are an integral part of the syllabus and given importance in the
teaching-learning process.
