Information and Orientation Service is regularly conducted among freshmen,
transferees, and graduate students in the campus. The different student services are introduced by
the different unit heads in the student welfare program during the said activity. Evaluation of the
Student Affairs and Services is also regularly conducted to determine the areas that need to be
improved and this serve as a feedback mechanism in the satisfaction of our students in the
services rendered to them.
4. BEST PRACTICES
✓ Cite as many as you can on Parameter A (Student Services Program).
✓ There is an existing Organizational Structure of the Student Services
Program approved by the BOR/BOT
✓ There is a regular conduct of Orientation Program in which students are
made knowledgeable about the services of the Student Services Program
✓ Different Unit heads are service oriented and very sensitive in responding
to the needs of the students.
✓ There is an extensive scholarship programs to al deserving students.
✓ The SAS Unit regularly updates students on its services and other concerns
through online platform (facebook, email, website).
