                       1.g.1.1. Advanced credits may be granted by the Campus Registrar to students who
                       graduated from an accredited institution for courses/ subjects listed in the curriculum.
                       1.g.1.2. For graduates from non-SUCs, all subjects earned must be validated to be credited.
                       1.g.1.3. In no case shall the total number of units of advanced credits granted, exceed the
                       equivalent of one academic year in a two-year course, two academic years in a three
                       year course and three academic years in a four-year course.
               1.g.2. Graduate

               2. ACADEMIC STATUS (No. 11)
                       Classification/Status of students:
               11.a.Regular students are those without any failing and or incomplete grade
               11.b.Irregular students are those who obtained a final grade of “5.0” and or incomplete grade in less than
                       25% of the total number of academic units enrolled during the semester.
               11.c.Probationary students are those who obtained a final grade of “5.0” and or incomplete grade in 25-
                       50% of the total number of units enrolled during the semester.
               11.d.Delinquent students are those who, at the end of the semester obtained a grade of “5.0” and or
                       incomplete grade in 75% of the total number of academic units enrolled during the semester.
               11.e.Dismissed students are those who, at the end of the semester failed in more than 75% subjects
                       during the semester.
