Lines 398-403: Contract constitutes an irrevocable assignment of seller’s proceeds at COE, if
seller is obligated to pay the commission. Payment will be collected from the buyer at COE, if
buyer is obligated to pay Brooker(s).

Lines 404-408: All documents required by this contract may be executed by facisimile and/or
electronically to be signed in counterparts except the disclosure of information on Lead-Based

Paint

Lines 416-418: Signature dates on the contract cannot be construed as the acceptance date.

Contract acceptance occurs when the fully executed contract is delivered to and received by the
appropriate Broker. It is understood that all time related compliance items within the contract

begin on the date the contract is accepted.

Lines 421-423: Cancellation occurs after buyer and seller have both signed and then deliv-

ered the cancellation notice to the Escrow Company
