Dalam materi ini siswa akan belajar teks dialog terkait ucapan

terimakasih (thanking) and permintaan maaf (apologizing).

Definition of Thanking: Thank (v) is express gratitude or to tell someone

that you are grateful for something that he or she has done or given.

Situations, why we must saying thanks to others :
 thank for a gift (hadiah),
 thank for favor (kemurahan hati),
 thank for an offer of help (bantuan),

 thank for being asked for health (kondisi kesehatan),
 thank for compliments (pujian), dan
 thank for an invitation (undangan).

Definition of Apologizing : "To apologize is to tell someone that you are
sorry for having done something that has caused him/her inconvenience or

unhappiness".
