Class 1 & 2

Course Overview

This qualification is designed for those individuals who wish to test class 1 & 2
motorbikes. Achievement of this level 2 qualification enables them to apply to
undertake the DVSA demonstration test and become a qualified MOT tester for
classes 1 & 2.

Once you have you have completed the theory assessment, we will book your
VT8 demonstration test right here with us, where you will have already done
your practical training. You will also have access to our eLearning package and

be signed up to the necessary accrediting body.

Eligibility

A current & full UK driving license for vehicle classes 1 & 2
A minimum of four years’ experience working in a garage, servicing and

repairing class 1 & 2 vehicles.

You cannot become a tester if you have any unspent convictions for criminal
offences.

Course Content

The 2-day intensive course will cover the theory and practical training required
to become an motorbike MOT Tester. The course will cover the following:

Refusal to test
Standards and procedures
Recent Changes

Documentation and security
Use of the online MOT testing service
