There’s no B# (sharp) or E# (sharp)!! (C flat /F flat)
If you look at all the notes of a chromatic scale, you’ll see this:
C, C#, D, D#, E, F, F#, G, G#, A, A#, B, C.
Where is E or B Sharp? Hmmm!!
