SPECIAL MEETING
July 31, 2017
President Smith called the meeting to order at 5:32 pm in the High School Conference Room. Members present: Fjelstad, Gengerke, Harder, Kjelden, Rix and Smith. Weismantel joined by phone. Others pres- ent were Superintendent J. Schwan and Business Manager Weber.
Moved by Rix, second Kjelden to approve the agenda as presented. Motion carried.
Pursuant to SDCL 23-3, there was no potential con ict disclosure reported.
Moved by Harder, second Kjelden to hire Chance Strom as Boys Soccer Coach for the 2017 season.
Motion carried.
Moved by Gengerke, second Fjelstad to approve Crain Sternhagen as Volunteer Assistant Boys Soccer
Coach for the 2017 season. Motion carried.
Moved by Kjelden, second Rix to hire Ryan Scepaniak as Junior High Football Coach for the 2017 season.
Motion carried.
Moved by Harder, second Rix to adjourn at 5:36 pm. Motion carried. M. J. Weber, Business Manager
