XINZHOU FOSTER CARE PROGRAM GENERAL UPDATE APRIL 2014 It’s springtime in Xinzhou and we are seeing a lot less layers on the kids this month. We like how the foster care families seem to make a great effort to spend time outside with the babies, and let older kids play outdoors. Our biggest news this month was two adoptions! Tara Kevin with his foster mom We are very excited to announce that both Kevin and Tara were adopted in April! We will miss you both, but we are so happy your forever families have found you! 1
