Fabulous Fuyang Children LWB’s Fuyang Foster Care Program currently includes 26 children. Fuyang is a busy city located in Anhui province, which is in southeastern China. The city is known for its spicy noodle dishes! The most exciting news in Fuyang is that several of the children are in the process of being adopted! Their bright smiles will be a joy to their new families. Stella is a determined and serious girl! 4
