Rachel Rachel is a good student and enjoys school very much. She also likes to visit the nearby park where she loves checking out the flowers and plants. In the summer she loves the colorful flowers and this winter she was especial- ly excited about getting to build a snowman with her foster family. Freddie Freddie is curious and adven- turesome. He adores his fos- ter mother and the favorite part of his day is when she picks him up from school. His reports are always filled with his antics including disman- tling his toys to see how they work and discovering new things around the house. Charmion Charmion is a sweet little girl. She is currently in kindergarten. She loves her foster parents very much and is always help- ful around the house. She enjoys playing dress-up and playing with her friends at the neighbor- hood park.
