William is an active little boy who feels most comfortable with his foster family. Recently, he let the neighbor hold him and he enjoyed it and started giggling. Hasn’t Felicity grown into a big girl? I notice how much core strength she is exhibiting. Being in a foster family is changing her life for the better. She is getting the love and attention she needs to thrive!
