Membership Information: The Overview

Dallas National Touring Professional Membership:

• Current Membership Fee = $137,500 (plus tax)
▪ subject to capital assessments – currently $22,500 (plus tax)
▪ due upon admission to the club as a new member

• Refund = 20% (upon the subsequent sale of the membership) of the then current initiation deposit.
o Dues:

▪ Operating - $1,012.50 (plus tax) each month
▪ Capital - $50 (plus tax) each month

Waiting List: Approved Candidates waiting for a Membership are added to the Waiting List

• Non-Refundable Deposit
▪ At #21 and above - 25% (plus tax) of the then-current membership fee, with limited
privileges
▪ At the #20 position - true up to 40% (plus tax) of the then-current membership fee,
with increased privileges

• Membership Fees are determined at the time the approved Candidate moves from the Waiting
List to the Dallas National Membership

• Approved Candidates are still Guests and must always be accompanied and registered by a
current Member when visiting the Club.
