Membership Information: The Overview

Categories

• Local – Principal residence is within 100 miles of the Club.
o Current Membership Fee = $225,000 (plus tax)
▪ subject to capital assessments
▪ due upon admission to the club as a new member
o Refund = 20% (upon the subsequent sale of the membership) of the then current
initiation deposit.
o Dues = (Operating) $1,775 each month (Capital) $100 each month

• National – Principal residence is outside of 100 miles of the Club.
o Current Membership Fee = $112,500 (plus tax)
▪ subject to capital assessments
▪ due upon admission to the club as a new member
o Refund = 20% (upon the subsequent sale of the membership) of the then current
initiation deposit.
o Dues = (Operating) $887.50 each month (Capital) $50 each month

• Waiting List – Approved Candidates waiting for a Membership are added to the Waiting List
o Membership fees are determined at the time the approved Candidate moves from the
Waiting List to a Local or National Membership
o Non-Refundable Deposit – 25% (plus tax) of the then-current membership fee and (at
#21 and above) may visit the Club, or play golf, once a month
o Once moved to the #20 position you true up to 40% of the then-current membership fee
and may visit the Club, or play golf, twice a month
o Approved Candidates are still Guests and must always be accompanied and registered
by a current Member when visiting the Club.
