* Corporation has identied one of its ambitious CSR activities for construction and
development of Ramakrishna Hedge Skill Development Centre (RHSDC) at Udupi in
the State of Karnataka providing with all the training facilities and also, in particular
training equipment, required in the discipline of Mechatronics (Hydraulics,
Pneumatics and Industrial Automation) from the year 2015-16. The construction of
building involves G+2 oors with the total cost of the construction and development
of RHSDC, including the running cost for rst three years, is estimated at ` 15.67
Crore.

6. REASON FOR NOT SPENDING THE 2% OF AVERAGE NET PROFIT OF LAST
THREE FINANCIAL YEARS

Amount unspent for CSR activity of “construction and development of Ramakrishna
Hegde Skill Development Centre” would be carry forward to next year for completing
the CSR activity.

7. RESPONSIBILITY STATEMENT OF CSR COMMITTEE

The implementation and monitoring of Corporation's CSR and Sustainability policy is
in compliance with the CSR objectives and policy of the Corporation.
