To listen carefully for the signal to freeze (music stopping), the signal to move (music playing) and the signal to lift instruments up high (“hey”)
PD (MH) & M (SSM)
To negotiate the space while marching by adjusting speed and direction to avoid obstacles
EAD (MM)
To create sound through shaking or tapping instruments and to march and play instruments in time with the pulse

To pretend to be in Santa’s Christmas band

To improve balance and control through playing a game that involves stopping and starting
