Cover your ducts!
Cover your Aircon piping and ducting at the rooftop to prevent water seepage into the house.
Above are examples of uncovered piping, compared with the covered piping in photo on the right.
You will need to get some silicon to cover up these opening and gaps, which are available in most hardware shops.
Update on Repainting of the Estate
Repainting of the swimming pools is completed. The newly-painted floors have given new life to our most popular facilities in Kew Green.
