How does it affect us living in Kew Green?
Q: Where to park my car(s)?
Yellow lots are for residents. White lots are visitors’ lots.
Units no longer have an assigned residents’ parking lot due to the discovery through the STB case. The long car park lot is considered as 2 parking spaces whether you park 1 or 2 cars.
Any resident wishing to use the visitors’ lot for parking of additional cars needs to pay for it by applying at the MCST office.
Residents will be required to update their car registry with the MCST office. Residents will be informed in due course.
We trust that sanity, community spirit and common courtesy will prevail and residents will continue to park their vehicles under their homes, and wash the vehicles using their own water supply.
Q: Where to wash my car?
Car washing is only allowed in the car park directly under your strata lot, using your own water supply.
