with community business partners. In an effort to uphold Cynthia Schur, Marian Foundation Board Secretary/Treasurer,
Marian’s responsibility as a responsive community welcomes attendees to the medical center’s inaugural CEO
health care partner, the goal of the platform is to share Business Roundtable event.
Marian’s new and emerging clinical services while also
learning about local business leaders’ needs. 15
The inaugural CEO Business Roundtable took place in
November of 2013 and focused on Marian’s Heart Center
Expansion Project. At the event, hospital leadership and
Marian cardiologists explained the need for Marian’s
Heart Center Expansion Project and its community
importance. Following the presentation and open forum
discussion, event attendees toured the new hospital and
the hospital’s existing cardiac catheterization laboratory.
