        • Rainwater outlets: Proprietary.
        • Gutters:
            - Aluminium;

            - Combined fascia, soffit and gutter; and
            - Composite.
        • Pipework:
            - Aluminium;
            - Cast iron, spigot and socket, sealed;
            - PVC-U, external; and
            - PVC-U, sealed.
        • Below ground drainage: As section R12.
        • Disposal: To surface water drainage.
        • Controls: Submit proposals.
        • Accessories:
            - Anticlimb rainwater pipe covers;
            - Insulation to internal downpipes;
            - Insulation to internal gutters; and
            - Sealant for gutters.

        • Design: Complete the design of the rainwater drainage system.
        • Standard: To BS EN 12056-3, clauses 3-7 and National Annexes.
        • Proposals: Submit drawings, technical information, calculations and manufacturers'
            literature.

        • General: Complete, and without leakage or noise nuisance.
