GENERAL

110 DESCRIPTIONS
• Location of spot item descriptions: Bill of quantities and site specific drawings.

120 EMPLOYER'S PROPERTY
• Components and materials arising from alterations that are to remain the property
of the Employer: to be confirmed in every circumstance.
- Protection: Maintain until items listed above are removed by the Employer or
reused in the Works, or until the end of the Contract.
• Special requirements: None.

130 RECYCLED MATERIALS
• Materials arising from alterations: May be recycled or reused elsewhere in the
project, subject to compliance with the appropriate specification and in
accordance with any site waste management plan.
• Evidence of compliance: Submit full details and supporting documentation.
Verification: Allow adequate time in programme for verification of compliance.
