D6.10 Public Awareness Monitors (PAM)

For all McOpCo restaurants, the customer
facing public awareness monitor (PAM) should
be included in a surround and recessed into its
surrounding wall.

This surround will be supplied by the counter
supplier where required.

The PAM should be positioned in proximity to
the service window, above the access to the
kitchen.

Where a seperate McDelivery Room is being
created, a secondary PAM screen should be
provided in the McDelivery Room. This screen
should be recessed into the wall.
