ABOUT YOUR ROLE

       This information is a general guide to your role.  You will also be sent a full Role
       Description

                     You will be:
                          Managing patient flow through the site
                          Checking in patients for registered bookings
                          Meeting and greeting people as they attend the site
                          Calling patients to make appointments

        SKILLS AND ATTITUDE

                Ability to follow confidentiality requirements and the
                 ability to work within the boundaries of your role
                Be understanding of the issues that some patients
                 may be experiencing
                Able to provide a flexible approach to your role
                Friendly and welcoming manner



            The following requirements are important to protect
            the safety of both you and clients attending the
            vaccination appointments.  It is important that these
            are adhered to:

                 You must not have any underlying health conditions that make
                  you particular susceptible to Coronavirus
                 You must not be in a vulnerable category
                 You will be required to wear PPE which will be provided by the
                  Health Centre or site
                 Ability to sit / stand for periods is required

                 If you are 60 or over you are more at risk


            No formal skills are necessary, full orientation and briefing will be
            provided for all shifts
