INNER VOICE- I, ME, MYSELF
They worked hard on your “ABC” so you can tell,
They gave you their hand when you fall.
Parents gave you life, the precious gift.
They teach you the lessons, short and shift.
With the passing years, a cold shoulder is what they receive.
I, Me, Myself is what we then believe……
Enjoying every happiness with them in small treats,
Playing together everywhere, inside and the streets.
You cried, you laughed you childhood with those friends.
Dividing always in borrows and lends.
With the passing years an ignore is what they receive,
I, Me, Myself is what we the believe………
As we grow old, whether the brains changes or mind, is a mystery.
But the ego surely rises and binds you if four walls, its history…
Or why those innocent parents got old age homes,
Or the devoted old friends be competed with in all zones.
With passing years our selfishness is what they all received,
I, Me, Myself is what we then believe…
